Q. Do you do free quotes?

A. Yes, we will come and visit you and discuss what work you would like doing, we will then measure up, take the measurements away to work out the cost then send you a quotation either by e-mail or by post, whichever you prefer. We can also bring samples for you to look at while we are measuring.

Q. Is the work guaranteed?

A. Yes. All work has a 5 year installation guarantee and if you choose Marshalls or Brett products they have a 10 year guarantee.

Q. Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?

A. You don’t need planning permission as long as:
1. Surface water is collected into a channel drain and disposed of into a soak away or a rain garden.
or
2. Permeable paviors are used.

Q. How deep do you excavate the foundations?

A. All foundations are excavated to the recommended minimum depths which is 250mm for driveways and 150mm for patios. If while excavating we find the soil soft, we can excavate further to ensure no sinking.

Q. Do you use sub contractors?

A. We only use subcontractors for extras, eg: iron railings, fencing etc., All our staff are employed and are fully trained. We are fully trained in SUDS (sustainable urban drainage systems) and can give you advice on water drainage
